You will never encounter a cookie cutter session with me. I approach each client, assess her needs and design a time where we try to touch on the entire body , concentrating on those areas that need more attention due to weakness, past surgery, or life changing event (such as childbirth)
If in your home, I bring any equipment needed. If in my gym, we have fun discovering how to use all equipment! If virtual, I start with the enormous amount of bodyweight movements and proceed to encourage you to purchase some simple items to enhance future workouts

I can honestly say I am pain free today because of Alison. I have had bursitis and piriformis syndrome for months but I feel better today than I have in a long time.
