About Orestes
3 years experience as a certified personal trainer.
I have worked with more than 30 people between the ages of 20 to 50 yrs old, with different physical and health contexts, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia (high cholesterol), obesity and overweight.
I've also worked with people without any physical condition, with the motivation to improve their performance / wellness / physical appearance, obtaining very good results in terms of health and body composition. (Increased muscle mass and loss of fat tissue).

I work with different client profiles, from people seeking to improve their physical appearance, athletes aiming to improve their physical performance, and people around the ages of 35-55 with the need to re-orient their lifestyle for health reasons, with conditions such as hypertension, dyslipidemia (high cholesterol), metabolic disorders, obesity and overweight.
Specialized in strength and conditioning for physical health objectives, athletic performance and body composition improvement (increase muscle tone and mass and loss of fat tissue).
High Intensity Strength Training (HIST) and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Strength Training with different orientations according to client goals/needs.
100% bilingual Spanish / English.
