About Madria
I enjoy a typically active lifestyle, but going to the gym has become special because I utilize the time and effort to build my mind as well as my body. Gym time is my ME time and it is a healthy way to process life's difficulties and to monitor some healthy achievements. I am certified for personal training and life coaching. I am also certified for group training, but find that I truly enjoy one-on-one individual sessions the most!

Online Personal Training Sessions are goal focused, packed with information, workout routines, form checks, and collaborations with you about how to meet your health and fitness goals in a way that is a positivelifestyle change. Encouraging and safe coaching, active approach, limitation exceeding, and supportive. Fitness helps to improve my life quality and I want to share that with people who are serious about enjoying life and themselves in healthy ways! Information and tips about meals and nutrition included. Workouts are customized to suit each client.

Madria has a lot of education and experience in the field of teaching from RN to EA to PT to NLP....to music, to just about everything! She communicates well and works at the level that YOU are at. She's very creative and direct, which is hard to take if you are disrespectful because she will state that it's not okay and why, but she is respectful about that too. She is definitely willing to work with people and have it be positive for both parties.
