About Ryan
"I am a certified personal trainer based in the Washington, DC area with over six years of experience in running and fitness training. I have had the privilege of coaching and training athletes from middle school to college level, helping them achieve their fitness goals. My personal journey has profoundly shaped my approach to fitness. As a child, I lost the ability to walk, talk, and eat after being struck by lightning. Through years of perseverance and hard work, I was able to regain all of my abilities. This experience not only deepened my understanding of life’s challenges but also fueled my passion for helping others overcome their own struggles, both in fitness and in life."
