About Melissa
I've done various forms of sport my whole life, training soccer and athletics into university. Through training athletics, I got into weightlifting, and spent almost 10 years lifting. In the past couple years, I got into calisthenics and it's been life-changing. With consistent training, I have little to no pain in my body, I have significantly better control over my body and how I move, and the strength/muscle I have is intentional and has purpose rather than for aesthetics.

As a certified personal trainer, training calisthenics myself, my sessions are all about bodyweight and calisthenics, push-ups, pull-ups, squats, dips and plenty of core work, with little to no equipment required.
Whether you're brand new to training or you've been at it for years, we'll work at a pace that suits you and focus on building good technique, confidence and strength along the way. Every session is one-on-one and shaped around what you want to get out of it, so you can keep progressing at your own speed.
Calisthenics is great for everyone, because anyone at any level can train! Calisthenics builds strength and mobility that you'll actually use in life, while also working to maintain muscle mass and strength.
