About Maève
I am Maève your new personal trainer graduated since 2013 in Adapted Physical Activities and since 2017 in Fitness Professions. My goal above all is to supervise you, accompany you and encourage you to surpass yourself by respecting an adapted program to achieve your goals.
I first worked in a gym in France then in Australia and New Zealand, enriching myself with different techniques and training. I am always attentive to new techniques which can lead me to develop in my profession.
I have also been a Lifeguard and swimming instructor since 2013 and have a great background in swimming. I really like working with the aquatic environment to offer an interesting variety of training.

Prof sérieuse et très pédagogue. Très patiente avec ses élèves, elle décortique chaque figure et prend le temps pour expliquer. J’ai eu une grosse progression grâce à elle.
