I guarantee you personalized follow-up always with kindness and good humor:
whether you want to return to sport after a period of inactivity, or relieve back or joint problems, or even find better posture, thanks to the engagement of the deep abdominals throughout the practice!
Whatever your age, your body type or your lifestyle, trying Pilates means adopting it!
I can also support you during the prenatal and postnatal period.
Together we will work on the deep muscles by focusing on Pilates breathing, which also allows refocusing and fight for example against stress, anxiety or even sleep disorders...
Do not hesitate ! Pilates is health :)
