About Helena Mathilde
I’m a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer with several years of experience coaching clients in both one-on-one and group settings. My background includes working as a personal trainer, leading outdoor bootcamps, and designing training programs that help people build strength, confidence, and long-term movement quality.
My own training is varied and includes trail running, surfing, yoga, Pilates, and strength training. This has shaped my holistic approach to coaching, where the focus isn’t just on one type of exercise, but on building a strong, resilient foundation that supports everyday life, improves performance, and reduces the risk of injury.
I believe that every client is unique, and I tailor each program to their individual goals, fitness level, and lifestyle to create sustainable and enjoyable progress.

I offer personalized Pilates and strength training sessions tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, and movement needs. For all new clients I offer a complimentary 30-minute intro consultation, where we discuss your objectives, assess your current fitness and movement patterns, and create a training plan that suits you. Sessions combine Pilates and functional strength training and are delivered in the comfort of your home or outdoors, providing a flexible and supportive training experience.
Each session: 1 hour (or as otherwise agreed)
