About Florise
I am a Certified STOTT PILATES Instructor with over five years of teaching experience and a lifelong passion for movement.
My background includes professional dance, rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatics, martial arts, and movement education, giving me a deep understanding of body mechanics and movement quality. I have completed Anatomy course and hold a valid Intermediate First Aid, CPR Level C & AED certification.
I believe every person deserves an individual approach. My goal is to help you improve your posture, build strength, increase mobility, and move with greater confidence through safe, effective, and personalized Pilates sessions.

Every lesson is personalized to your goals, fitness level, and experience.
Whether you are completely new to Pilates, returning after a break, or looking to improve your movement quality, I will create a safe, supportive, and motivating environment where you can build strength, confidence, and long-term healthy movement habits.
