About Emily
I am a certified K–6 educator with a Master’s degree in Literacy and five years of classroom teaching experience. I am passionate about helping young learners build strong foundations in reading and writing through research-based, structured instruction. In my classroom and tutoring sessions, I focus on meeting each child where they are, identifying their individual needs, and creating supportive, engaging lessons that promote both skill development and confidence.
