About Marta
Hi, Namaste. My name is Marta, I was born in Italy and I am a professional dancer and yoga teacher. Thanks to my career as a dancer I was able to discover the strength of yoga and combine these two disciplines to find well-being and harmony in my daily life. I was lucky enough to live in New York for three years and to be able to deepen both disciplines intensively. I wish I could share my experience with you so that I can guide you to find yourself.

My goal is to guide you to find your path, freedom and positivity. -The lessons are suitable for everyone. -Short meditation within the classroom. - Sequences of asanas (poses). -Different breathing techniques. -I am open to listening to the needs of each student. VINYASA YOGA Vinyasa yoga, “nyasa” means positioning and “vi”, in a particular way. Vinyasa has a very specific meaning, and by extension this word is used to identify a fluid and continuously moving style of Yoga supported by the breath. By vinyasa we mean the flow of things, the way each step is important to the next. HATHA YOGA "Ha" means sun and "tha" means moon. The soul is considered as the sun where it never stops shining and the moon is considered as our mind, which never stops floating. The basic principle of Hatha yoga is the harmonization of both energies, which govern the function of the physical body and organs, mental activities, actions and different ways of being. With Hatha yoga we try to unite the body with the soul and the latter with the universe. This style, unlike Vinyasa yoga, involves more static physical postures, held for prolonged times. PRANYAMA The term pranayama is made up of two words: prana and ayama. Prana means "energy, life force" and ayama means "extension", "expansion", therefore pranayama can be literally translated as "expansion of the life force" or "extension of breath".
