All through my past 25+ years in corporate, I was always teaching, and to see the ah-ha moments has and will always kindle the warmth in my soul, witnessing the evolution of their behavior, attitudes and thinking. I have learned way more from my students than I have taught them from Saudi, Malaysia to Mexican students .......and that's why I teach.

I incorporate a sense of surprise and mystery into all my lessons. No repeat of classroom material. Lessons are interactive, relating to students' lives. Challenging students is part of learning and thus enables progress. I do this by incorporating tests and quizzes for all students - regardless of their level.
