I teach Hatha yoga, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Meditation. I also have good knowledge of anatomy and can help with body alignment. I can make adjustments using blocks, bolsters and straps.
I can also teach and help with body cleansing or detoxification methods(Shatkarma) as per request.

I work in IT and used to suffer from back pain and low energy throughout the day. After joining Ratna ma'am's yoga classes, my back pain is completely gone and I feel refreshed and energetic all day. Her meditation class is too good.
She's really kind and patient while teaching. Will correct your posture immediately. My favourite time is meditation. Feels soo relaxed after session.
