About Mounika
Hi, I'm a certified whole wellness coach. I have worked and helped people struggling with childhood trauma, physical and emotional abuse, body image issues, and relationship issues. Having survived childhood trauma and thereby, chronic illness myself, I believe that mind and body are interrelated. So, an integrative approach to healing the mind-body connection is necessary. I use a mix of CBT, DBT, parts work, somatics, expressive body movement, writing, and nervous system-focused work. My goal is to help people rediscover their true selves and fall in love with themselves again.

Hi, I'm a certified whole wellness coach. I have worked and helped people struggling with childhood trauma, physical and emotional abuse, body image issues, and relationship issues.
Having survived childhood trauma and thereby, chronic illness myself, I believe that mind and body are interrelated. So, an integrative approach to healing the mind-body connection is necessary.
I believe meditation and being an observer is the foundation for healing any ailment or discomfort. So, I practice an individual approach to cater to the specific interests and needs of each student.
My goal is to help people re-discover their true self and fall in love with themselves again.
