About Alice
I’m an English tutor with over 6 years of experience and a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics, focusing on English Literature. I am passionate about reading, storytelling, and creative writing, and I love sharing that enthusiasm with my students. I create lessons that bring texts to life and make literary concepts engaging and accessible. I help students improve reading comprehension, essay writing, literary analysis, and vocabulary through exciting texts and imaginative tasks. My lessons include a mix of discussion, writing exercises, and creative prompts to develop critical thinking and self-expression. I enjoy guiding learners as they explore themes, characters, and narrative techniques while building confidence in their own writing. I work with teens, college students, and aspiring writers, tailoring each lesson to their goals and interests. I focus on making learning interactive, enjoyable, and meaningful. My aim is to unlock creativity and help students express themselves clearly and confidently in English. Together, we explore the joy of reading, the power of words, and the art of storytelling.

My teaching approach focuses on making English learning interactive, enjoyable, and practical. I use grammar games, storytelling, and visual aids to make concepts clear and memorable. Lessons are designed to encourage participation and allow students to practice English in meaningful ways. Repetition-based exercises help reinforce new skills and build confidence.
I guide students through vocabulary expansion, sentence construction, and conversational practice in a step-by-step manner. By using stories, role-play, and illustrations, I make learning both engaging and relatable. I also create a positive and supportive environment where mistakes are part of the learning process.
I enjoy helping learners who are excited to use English in everyday life or for personal projects. My sessions balance structured learning with playful activities to keep motivation high. Each lesson is tailored to individual goals, whether improving grammar, speaking fluency, or understanding written texts. Together, we make progress fun and steady, building both skill and confidence in English.
