About Iris
I started my Yoga career in 2014 in Vienna with Hot Yoga (Bikram) classes. In 2015 I started to specialize in Ashtanga until I got the 200hr certification by Yoga Alliance in 2020. My condition of severe endometriosis led me to specialize with women through different courses.

Help women through various stages of life to find their own balance and health. My work focuses on hormonal health, working closely with women who hope to conceive with or without IVF, pregnant women, postpartum, menopause, or with ovarian problems such as cysts or endometriosis.
There are many things that happen simultaneously every month. The whole process of our menstrual cycle is very dynamic, our hormones change drastically and it can be useful to understand that process. Whether it is to conceive or to seek balance in the menstrual cycle, because there are problems such as premenstrual syndrome or intense cramps, etc.
My classes are based on:
- Practices for measuring and understanding the personal menstrual cycle (ovarian cycle, basal body temperature, estrogen and progesterone levels, and lining of the endometrium)
- Asanas for the different phases of the hormonal cycle (follicular, ovulatory, luteal)
- Asanas to balance hormonal imbalance
- To help understand the anatomy and physiology of each patient for a personalized practice
- Ayurveda or personal diet
- Meditations with acupressure points
The first contact can be made through a call to understand your personal situation and create a personalized practice. After this the first class is free.
