About Priyanka
Namaste! I am a passionate yoga practitioner and instructor who believes that yoga is much more than physical exercise, it is a journey of connecting the body, mind, and breath.
I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Vinyasa Yoga Shala in Rishikesh, India, where I deepened my understanding of yoga and its traditional practices. I have training in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga, and I enjoy sharing the benefits of yoga with people from different backgrounds and experience levels.
As a teacher, I believe that every student is unique. My approach is patient, supportive, and focused on helping each person feel comfortable while developing their practice. I aim to make yoga accessible and enjoyable, whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to deepen your existing practice.
For me, yoga is a continuous journey of learning, self-awareness, and growth, and I look forward to being part of your journey.

My yoga classes are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, develop balance, and find calmness through mindful movement and breathing.
I teach Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga, adapting each session to the student's experience, comfort level, and goals. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have a regular yoga practice, I will guide you step by step and help you progress at your own pace.
Each class can include yoga asanas (postures), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation to support both physical and mental well-being.
My aim is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can learn yoga, connect with your breath, and make yoga a meaningful part of your daily life.
Classes can be tailored to your goals, whether you want to improve flexibility, build strength, manage stress, or develop a consistent yoga routine.
