My teaching method is based on positive body movement to engage the mind, body, and spirit. As we stretch ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually we are aligning our personal goals and desires. Every level is welcome and appreciated. I teach to challenge and inspire myself with every lesson and I hope to challenge and inspire those around me.
