I am Gunjan Bhatia. After working for more than 15 years in the Education sector, I stepped into the world of yoga and successfully completed 200 hours yoga teacher training, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga training. I offer only online classes. Set your own timings

I am Gunjan, 200 hrs certified Yoga Instructor, I offer online yoga classes for beginners . Schedule your own yoga sessions timings during weekends ie saturday and sunday from 6am- 10am. I offer one o one yoga classes to cater individual need.
If you are beginner, let's start this journey with me.
My yoga classes are great for neck n shoulder areas, flexibilities, joint health, stress management and general well-being.
Yoga session includes, stretching, warm-up, physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation.
Special restorative yoga classes for healing ourself, regulate sleep pattern and reduce stress.
First Introductory session for 30 min is free.
Each session is of 40 minutes.

I was always with Gunjan on her journey of being yoga instructor. I was the first student of Gunjan. I joined her classes during COVID-19. My main objective for yoga classes was flexibility. I enjoyed yoga session four days a week. Diving deep into yoga was so amazing that even now I am her regular student. She is an amazing yoga instructor who well understand you and makes you feel great with slow and smooth yoga postures. breathing session was highly beneficial. I would highly recommend her.
