About Shalini
I am a mother of a 6-year-old son and a working professional with 10+ years of experience IT industry. After I personally experienced the transformative benefits of yoga, I wanted to foster this invaluable tool for managing stress, anxiety, and emotions in my kid. And from there I embarked on a noble journey of not only teaching yoga poses and sequences to the children but also creating a safe and nurturing environment where kids can explore their inner selves. Through playful activities, storytelling, and imaginative journeys, I make yoga engaging and enjoyable for them.
In the pursuit of creating a yoga culture among kids, I am on a mission to sow the seeds of a healthier, happier, and more balanced future generation.

Yoga has incredible benefits for children's bodies and minds. It not only assists with the child's physical development but also develops a strong immune system and a calm and balanced nervous system.
Learning yoga and mindfulness helps children to feel calm, peaceful, relaxed and at ease with themselves.

Yoga Pose Practice that is needed for fun activities and stories ahead
Listening to stories and playing the characters of stories in different yoga poses
Guided Meditation and sharing their experiences
Yoga games to repeat and learn yoga poses.
