About Taegan
Starting from the beginning...I have loved yoga & had my own consistent practice since I was 14 years old.
Yoga quite literally saved my life several times over during really rough times & mental health struggles.
When there was no peace in my outer world, I would go inward and find it within myself.
I now proudly hold my 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification, along with a Meditation Facilitator certification.
With about 50 teaching hours under my belt (& a lifetime more to go), I have been teaching yoga & meditation classes for a year.
I have taught both online and in person classes among several different studios & unique environments. (including a studio with puppies running around us as we did Downward Facing Dog.)
I am BEYOND excited to share my passion, knowledge & experience with you so that you too can come to (or continue to) appreciate all that a consistent yoga practice has to offer!

With a strong love of people & 4 years of yoga experience, I am here to help you exit your mind & enter your body.
My motto is " I am the teacher, but you are the master of your body."
This phrase is based off of the principle that your body is unique & it knows exactly what it needs.
I am the one guiding you through each pose with care, but you are the one going on the mental & physical journey using your body as the compass.
The classes I teach are a safe space for you to drop into your body, explore your emotions & renew your thoughts.
Through innovative + fun Hatha,
strong + spicy Vinyasa
or calm + relaxing Restorative yoga,
you have the option to choose what best fits your current needs.
Whether you desire more stillness to calm your racing mind, more activity to counteract a low movement lifestyle, or you wish to be stretchy & flexy...
