About PRACHI
I began my yoga journey in 2020, although I had practiced on and off since a young age. It wasn’t until 2020 that I truly committed to a consistent practice, which deepened my connection to both my body and mind. This period of dedication sparked a passion in me to explore yoga more seriously, and within a year, I realized I wanted to share this transformative practice with others. Motivated to take my love for yoga to the next level, I enrolled in a yoga teacher and therapist course, which provided me with the tools and knowledge to teach yoga in its purest form. This marked the beginning of my professional yoga journey. Since completing my certification, I have been teaching locally, helping individuals from all walks of life experience the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Through teaching, I’ve discovered that yoga is more than just a physical practice—it's a powerful way to promote overall wellness, self-awareness, and emotional balance. My journey as both a student and a teacher continues to evolve, and I am constantly inspired to learn, grow, and share this ancient practice with others. Yoga has not only transformed my life but also strengthened my dedication to guiding others toward a healthier, more balanced existence. Every day, I strive to deepen my knowledge and share the timeless wisdom of yoga with everyone I meet.

I encourage students to explore their inner selves and build a deeper understanding of their bodies while embracing the concept of yoga as a lifestyle, not just a practice. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, my approach is adaptable, fostering growth at every stage. I strive to create a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to reach their full potential, both on and off the mat.
