About Dr Pranjali
My interest in yoga began with a desire to understand how traditional practices can improve health, balance, and overall well-being.
I believe yoga is more than exercise—it is a way to connect body, mind, and breath. I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, alignment-based yoga, yoga with props, and pranayama, with a focus on safe, mindful practice.
My goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone, whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice. I am committed to guiding you with patience, encouragement, and personalized attention. Namaste.

My yoga classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, balance, and inner well-being through safe, personalized, and progressive practice. I teach Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, alignment-based yoga, yoga with props, and pranayama techniques, making each session suitable for beginners as well as intermediate practitioners.
Every class is customized to your individual goals, whether you want to improve flexibility, increase strength, reduce stress, enhance posture, support weight management, or develop a consistent yoga practice. I emphasize correct alignment, mindful breathing, and proper technique to ensure a safe and effective learning experience.
My sessions include Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, alignment-based yoga, yoga with props, pranayama techniques, relaxation practices, meditation, and yogic lifestyle guidance. Using props when needed helps students practice with better alignment, greater comfort, and increased confidence.
As a BAMS doctor and M.Sc. Yoga (Pursuing) student, I combine traditional yogic wisdom with scientific knowledge to provide structured, evidence-informed classes in a supportive and motivating environment. Online classes are available with flexible timings for students of all age groups.
