About Manisha
Hello, I’m Manisha, a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher who believes that yoga is not just about physical postures—it is a beautiful practice that connects the body, breath and mind.
I love creating simple, joyful and accessible yoga sessions where students feel comfortable, supported and encouraged to learn at their own pace. My teaching approach focuses on mindful movement, breathing, flexibility, strength, relaxation and overall well-being.
I especially enjoy making yoga engaging and meaningful for children, using creativity, stories, mindfulness and playful activities to help them develop body awareness, focus and confidence.
Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your existing practice, I would love to guide you on your yoga journey.

Welcome to a welcoming and mindful yoga class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and create a sense of calm in your everyday life.
My classes combine yoga asanas, breathing practices, gentle movement, stretching and relaxation. I focus on making yoga simple and enjoyable, while adapting the practice to each student’s age, experience and comfort level.
Whether you are a complete beginner, looking to improve flexibility and strength, or simply want to reduce stress and feel more balanced, you can learn at your own pace in a supportive environment.
