About Vaishali
I’m Vaishali Tomar, a qualified Yoga Teacher with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yoga and over 6 years of teaching experience. I began my yoga journey in 2016 and have taught students both online and in person.
I specialise in Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, with a focus on creating personalised practices that suit each student’s body, lifestyle and goals.
My teaching style is supportive, calm and easy to follow. I believe yoga should feel accessible rather than intimidating, whether you are completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice.
I can help you improve flexibility, mobility, strength, posture and body awareness, while also using mindful movement, breathing and relaxation techniques to support your overall wellbeing.
I teach in English, Hindi and Punjabi and welcome students from London, across the UK and internationally. I’d love to help you build a yoga practice that you genuinely enjoy and can maintain consistently.

My online yoga lessons are personalised 1-to-1 sessions designed around your body, goals, lifestyle and experience level. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, I guide you step-by-step in a supportive and comfortable environment.

Classes are conducted live online, so you can practise conveniently from your home in London or anywhere in the UK. Your first session can also be used to understand your goals and create a yoga practice that fits your lifestyle.
