About Delphine
I first started practising yoga for its physical benefits but quickly realised it was having a deeper impact on me. As a habitual worrier and over-thinker, yoga has helped me to manage my anxiety. This practice keeps my mind from going a mile a minute and gives me a greater sense of peace and clarity in my life. I am now passionate about sharing this practice with people around me, to use as a toolkit for their own mental and physical health. I am certified Yoga Alliance teacher and specialised in Vinyasa, a style of class which links breath to movement. I am a huge advocate for body diversity and try to encourage my students to move in ways that feel good for them. My classes are a combination of Asana (physical postures) and Pranayama (breath exercises) as well as meditation to give people tools that they can use on and off the mat.

Switch off from whatever is happening in your life right now, and take some time to reset. My classes are open to everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or a bendy nerd! I will endeavour to make them as accessible as possible by giving options that feel good for all. I can teach online or come to you so you don't have to leave the comfort of your home. Classes are usually 60min long and are always tailored to your needs.

Delphine is great yoga teacher, she takes into consideration and is mindful of our needs offering suggestions to poses making them more accessible if needed.
I had never done yoga before, doing delphine's classes has really opened me up to being mindful to my body and taking time for myself.
I really enjoy and look forward to the flow each week.Delphine is a tremendously patient and gracious tutor. She takes the time to instruct and demonstrate the poses in a way that’s easily understandable and tailored to your level. As a yoga newbie I really appreciated this and could see that she had an acute knowledge of where my limits were and could adapt what she was doing to suit accordingly. The environment she creates is also superb; one of relaxed comfort that makes you feel both at peace and in the moment whilst doing the practice. I can’t recommend her more highly!
