Hello! I’m Kashish, a certified yoga trainer with 3+ years of experience. I’ve dedicated myself to helping people transform their bodies, increase flexibility, and feel more energized in their daily lives.
I believe yoga is more than just exercises — it’s a way to build confidence, strength, and balance while taking care of the body safely. I want to share my knowledge because I’ve seen how the right guidance can make yoga enjoyable, effective, and life-changing, especially when approached progressively and safely.
My goal is to guide each student step-by-step, making sure your body is prepared at every stage so you can enjoy the practice without strain or injury, and achieve lasting results.

I offer personalized yoga sessions designed to help you improve strength, flexibility, energy, and overall well-being.
Each session follows a clear, progressive structure:
-Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) – To energize the body and calm the mind.
-Warm-up – Gentle stretches and movements to prepare your muscles and joints safely.
-Asanas (Yoga Poses) – Step-by-step sequences with variations first, so your body is ready and safe, avoiding pain or injury.
-Relaxation / Cool-down – Guided relaxation to release tension and restore energy.
