I am a licensed zumba, yoga, aerobics and cross fit instructor. I also take dance and choreography classes. I am passionate about fitness and helping people to live a happy and healthy lifestyle. I have been taking these classes for a long time. I am also a certified diet and nutrition coach. So I can provide a holistic approach towards health and fitness.

Aarushi has amazing skills when it comes to understanding human beings which in turn makes her an amazing Zumba instructor - she understands the different needs of different individuals and works accordingly.
