About Marco
I have been a professional cook for 15 years, chief chef for 10. I have worked in first-class restaurants and throughout my career I studied and put into practice knowledge of vegan and vegetarian food, as well as gluten-free and gluten-free food. Due to family tradition, I specialized in traditional Argentine and Italian cuisine.

In my classes, the kitchen is a creative laboratory where we learn dynamically and didactically. Tasting, touching, feeling and understanding the raw material is the best way to start.
