About Siphamandla
I am an engineering students and have been teaching chess to students around Johannesburg and Mpumalanga for two years now.
I am a 23 year old male with an ambition to transfer chess knowledge to students who are willing to learn. I live in Johannesburg Auckland Park.

My teaching method is flexible and dependent on the skill level of the learner.
For complete beginners I teach them the individual pieces and how they move, this is usually sufficient for rookies.
For intermediate players I teach game theory, the importance of a good opening and what openings elevate chances of succes, I than share chess principles in written format, as these are very important and lastly we do match analysis.
When my students have mastered the basics and are now comfortable with they're game theory, we than enter the phase of the middle and end game, where the importance of piece placement is shared in depth.
