About Abbie
I'm a practicing Chiropractor having graduated with a Masters of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2013. I have since been practicing full time in Essex with now over 6 years experience. I have encountered a variety of patients and have particular interest in wellness and approaching complaints by addressing all areas of health- including advice on nutrition, exercise, rest/sleep, stress management etc.

It can be with videocalls, emails, powerpoint slideshows and setting step-by-step goals to achieve what it is we need to change. This will also depend on the students preferred ways of learning.
