About Ikshitha
As a student, I know how much impact a teacher can have on the child. That's the reason why I would try to engage the students in a way that makes them curious about what they are studying, simplify complex topics for them, make the lessons interesting. I will make sure the student feels comfortable in asking questions, doubts about the subject and I will make sure their questions are answered.

i would first try to understand how much the student understands what he or she is trying to learn and then make sure i plan my lessons in such a way that the child gets maximum benefits out of the class. ill make sure to make the child interested in learning his subjects rather than make him feel the burden of academics
