About SOMESH
I am a Structural Engineer with more than 6.5 years of work experience in Designing. I possess experience of designing and assessing Highway and Railway bridges and am familiar with Finnish codes, B.S. codes, DMRB, IS codes and AASHTO. I was previously involved in the Design and Detailing of High-Rise RCC buildings in accordance with Indian Standard codes and am proficient in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, LUSAS, ASBD and AutoCAD.

The classes will be taught using real life examples. Introduction to different codes such as Indian Standard, British Standard and AASHTO will be made to those interested. The curriculum will be designed to enable the students to take up designing of different structures not only as per the codes, but rather how it is done in the Industry! Students will be taught to develop first grade Design Spreadsheets, Preparing BOQ, Design Basis Reports and Reinforcement Detailing and Sketches.
