About Lovie

Late starters often find that steady, consistent practice builds a much stronger foundation than rushing through complex drafting concepts. Having earned my BS in Civil Engineering from New York University, I now support students who prefer a methodical approach to learning technical software. I have worked with over 100 students across 10 years of professional practice.

It is my preference to build knowledge slowly so that technical skills remain solid and reliable over time. Please reach out if you would like to start a regular weekly schedule together.

About the lesson

Drafting feels less like a chore when you actually understand the underlying coordinate systems and parametric constraints that drive the software. Honestly, I find that most errors in professional drawing stem from a lack of patience with the fundamentals.

We will systematically cover dimensioning, annotation, model space, paper space, and isometric drawing techniques during our time together. My 10 years of experience have shown that specific keyboard shortcuts can significantly increase your output speed. I provide every student with a curated keyboard shortcut cheatsheet to make your daily drafting more efficient. It is genuinely satisfying to see a student move from struggling with precision to drafting with absolute confidence and ease.
