About Natália
Trained as a Professional Dancer (Advanced Two with Distinction) and Teacher through the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) method; graduated from the Professional Trainee Program at the National Ballet Academy of Denver - CO, USA; and as a Vaganova method Teacher by the Escola do Teatro Bolshoi do Brasil; I have been teaching Classical Ballet online and in person since 2014, sharing my knowledge of the discipline through the English and Russian methods for all ages and genders.

Private classes last 1 hour or 1.5 hours and are adapted to the technical level of each student, whether beginner, intermediate or advanced, and with a defined objective in line with it (classical ballet, repertoire, pointe, floor barre, physical conditioning or stretching).
During the classes you will work on technical corrections, positions, alignments, coordination, nomenclature and the correct execution of Classical Ballet, improving your technique, posture, memory, flexibility and physical conditioning.
Classes can be taken online or in person and you need a place with enough space to move without hurting yourself, a barre or a chair and lots of energy.
