Classics undergrad at St Andrews, graduated from Eton College in 2020 with A Levels in Latin, and Ancient Greek and a Pre-U in English Literature. I am also proficient in French and Italian, having completed GCSE in French and studying Italian alongside my degree.

My teaching method varies from subject to subject, of course. Classical Languages I find are best taught through first explaining the simple theory behind a grammatical topic, practising it, introducing more complex examples, and repeating the process until fully confident. I believe the Literature side is best learnt through discussion-based teaching, allowing for a steady increase in familiarity with the text while also providing examples of close textual analysis.
