About Aggelos
Hi! I hold a B.Sc. Degree in Physical Education and Sports Science and two Postgraduate Master's Degrees (M.Sc.), including a specialized M.Sc. in Clinical Exercise & Health.
With over 18 years of hands-on experience, I coach individuals of all ages—from children and young athletes to adults and seniors. My approach is strictly evidence-based, safety-first, and tailored to each age group and physical condition.

How My Online Coaching Works:
I do NOT require you to sit in front of a live camera for hours. Instead, I provide a flexible, asynchronous 1-on-1 Online Coaching System delivered straight to your smartphone via the Everfit App:
Initial Clinical & Fitness Assessment: We review your physical health, medical/injury history, equipment access, and specific goals.
Customized Monthly Programming: You receive structured, step-by-step workout routines inside the Everfit App, complete with HD video form demonstrations for every exercise.
Progress Tracking & Form Checks: You log your weights, sets, and reps directly in the app. You can also upload short execution videos for me to review your form.
Weekly Check-Ins & Adjustments: Every week, I review your data, make necessary program progressions or modifications, and keep you fully accountable.
