About Filip
With over 30 years of experience in high-performance sports and an academic background in sport, mental health, and psychology, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. As a Clinical Psychologist and World Champion in speed skating at the 500m distance, I bring a unique combination of elite athletic insight and academic expertise to my coaching. My journey as a top-performing athlete has given me firsthand knowledge of the mental and physical demands required to reach peak performance, as well as the strategies needed to overcome obstacles and maintain resilience.
I understand that success isn’t just about physical ability—it requires a strong mindset, discipline, and a personalized approach to training and development. Whether you’re an athlete aiming to improve your performance, or someone looking to achieve personal or professional goals, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
