About Swati
I am a Clinical Psychologist with academic training and practical experience in the field of mental health. Over the years, I have worked closely with individuals and students, which has helped me understand how important it is to build a strong foundation in psychology, not just for exams but for real-life application.
I want to share my knowledge because I have seen many students feel overwhelmed by complex theories and unclear concepts. My aim is to simplify psychology, make it more relatable, and help students develop clarity, confidence, and critical thinking skills. Teaching allows me to bridge the gap between textbook knowledge and practical understanding.
I believe learning psychology should feel engaging, supportive, and meaningful. Through my classes, I hope to guide students in developing a deeper understanding of human behavior while nurturing curiosity and professional growth.

My psychology classes focus on helping students truly understand concepts, not just memorize theories. I teach using simple explanations, real-life examples, case discussions, and exam-oriented guidance to make learning engaging and practical.
Classes are suitable for BA and MA psychology students, beginners, and those who want conceptual clarity for exams, presentations, or further clinical training. I also help students improve answer writing, case formulation basics, and application-based understanding.
Each session is structured according to the student’s level and learning pace. Doubts are encouraged, and revision, practice questions, and discussion-based learning are part of the process. My goal is to build confidence in psychology while making the subject less overwhelming and more meaningful.
