I have worked in various gyms and health clubs, such as Fitness First, Virgin Active and Gymbox, training individuals at all levels and ages who want to increase their physical capabilities. Passionate about fitness I love helping others on their journey to better health and fitness. My experience, expertise, and qualifications give me a valuable resource for individuals looking to improve their physical well-being.

About the lesson

My Foundation’s is from an application of multiple skills from various disciplines. I use evidence-based training which incorporates the best available evidence for athletes using a micro dosing approach. Using modalities from the old and new school as well as applying psychological and physiological approaches from top specialists to improve performance EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Throughout my career, I have achieved several milestones that I'm proud of.
