About Aistė

I have a BA in Journalism, Film and Media from Cardiff University and an MA in Acting from East 15 Acting School. Over the last twelve years, I have been active in Film, Media, Business and Education sectors both in the U.K. and internationally. As a creative, I mostly work in Film/TV. As a coach - I work with various businesses and organisations on courses that are to do with clear communication in the workplace and building confidence as a leader. I’ve decided I’d like to do more tutoring, and so I will be taking on a few lessons per week. I only do a few though - so you can expect me to be fresh, creative, engaging and really wanting to help you rather than doing this as a job job.

About the lesson

What to expect from sessions with me? Firstly - a welcoming environment, where together we create a plan that suits both your goals and abilities. Step by step, we will go towards those desired outcomes, but there will also be moments of fun, and creativity, and you’ll get all the support you need if we encounter some obstacles. Sounds interesting? Let’s chat!

Perfect! Aiste is honestly amazing at what she does. She makes social skills feel way less intimidating and actually fun to learn. Her vibe is super chill and supportive, and you can tell she really cares. I’ve definitely gained more confidence and feel way more comfortable in social situations thanks to her. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect! Aistė is an extremely professional and personable tutor. I contacted her to develop my communication and social skills at work, and better at clearly communicating to senior stakeholders. She listened and helped me identify the area I wanted to focus on, walked me through an exercise and provided personalised feedback and support. What I liked was the structured advice was suited to me and immediately actionable, which you won't find in a text book or podcast. Thank you, Aistė!

My daughter had a few sessions with Aistė, and it made a big difference. She was thinking about working in the creative field, but wasn’t sure how to start. Aistė listened to her ideas, gave helpful advice, and together they made a plan to help her improve. Since then, my daughter has joined a drama club and is doing really well. She even wants to study acting now! I’m really happy with how Aistė helped her, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for help.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Aistė for several sessions, and I can confidently say she’s an incredible coach. We first met when I was struggling with pitching my projects, and her personalized approach immediately stood out to me. Aistė's insights and tailored guidance helped me build both my confidence and my presentation skills.

I highly recommend Aistė to anyone looking to grow—whether in acting, creative work, or building confidence for both professional and personal challenges. Her ability to adapt to your unique needs, combined with her wealth of experience, makes her an invaluable asset for anyone seeking guidance.

Aiste helped me to work on my audition piece for drama school last year, and although I did not get in, I did receive great feedback from them and they told me to try again! In general with Aiste's help I went there with so much more confidence and understanding of the drama school audition process and my monologue was polished to perfection too!
