Every coach and athlete know how important the mental part of the game is. But are you working on improving yours?
My unique sessions incorporate mental skills development with elite technical, tactical and physical training.
I am currently only accepting ONLINE sessions where I can work on teaching the players skills, game IQ and tactical understanding through video analysis and more. You can train from ANYWHERE and improve your mental skills, movement, receive tailored guidance with action items to implement. You would be surprised just how much you can improve from online sessions!
You also have the ability to train IN PERSON with my assistant. This can be done either as a hybrid of working with me virtually and implementing with my assistant in person or exclusively with him.
My assistant works within the methodology I created and is in communication with me regarding each athletes training development.
My website is mindandbodysoccertraining.com
I never forget why I began coaching to begin with- to help athletes achieve their goals. The personal attention, caring, passion, dedication, and just going that extra step will be reflected in every training session.
I will use all of my knowledge and experience to maximize every second of the session to really improve your ability as much as possible.

Coach JJ has been great at helping my daughter! His drills were excellent in improving her skills and she has fun working with him!
Coach JJ has been great at teaching his expert knowledge of soccer to my young daughter. His drills were excellent in improving ball-handling techniques, fundamentals for the best coordination, and overall focus. Best of all, he's really great with kids and makes the practice session really fun! My daughter is very excited to continue taking more sessions with Coach JJ.
Exceptional! Coach JJ is just different than other coaches. In his dedication and caring levels, in his ability to understand the person behind the athlete and in his unique training methods! He is a top coach who has the expertise to work with professional athletes and the heart to work with anyone no matter how good they are and where they are from. Highly recommended!!!
