About Karan
I have always been a helper of people, from as far back as my playground years; I just can't seem to help myself. So it's hardly surprising that as I matured into adulthood, the lure of studying Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neurolinguistic Programming became too tempting to resist.
Then, in 2014, I struck out on my own, dedicating my working life to helping others energise their lives, optimise their mindsets and realise their full potential - and I simply love every minute!
Whilst we all need to put food in the fridge and provide for our families, helping those who feel stuck, lost or hopeless find their joy and life's dreams, goals and purpose sends - what feels like - 40,000 volts through my body. It's a sacred privilege to be allowed into someone else's vulnerability and help turn it into resilient strength and achievement.
I can say in all certainty that helping others is my purpose in life and so I have studied, and continue to study, to be the best helper for you I can be.

Our work together will always be "you-centric", which means we work at your pace; nothing will be forced or rushed.
Our sessions will be online and/or over the phone - whatever suits you best - to always ensure your maximum comfort and privacy.
Each session will last one hour.
