My teaching method is based on the student and the material presented to me. Typically I ask for what the student currently understands, then I begin to review the material and explain it in a manner that the student would best understand. After providing many examples myself, I have the student work with me to complete another example. Eventually the student is able to complete the assignment themselves. I also have the student explain the topic at the end in order to ensure understanding.
