About Diana
From a young age I loved being active but not only does sports help your fitness but your confidence through life. I have been part of a rugby, basketball and karate team, I know what it’s like to feel weak but also a great strong leader and now I wish to help others by strengthening their mental and physical health.

Being part of a basketball team I know what it’s like to be a coach. During my teaching session I will start off by making you feel comfortable where it’s okay to make mistakes. I begin with finding out your fitness history, what is your fitness status and what is your end goal with my fitness classes. We begin with activities that will allow me to figure out what stage of fitness you are at and then we come up with a fitness plan that will help you mentally and physically. I put my clients first where nothing else matters but pushing you to your very best.
