About Lydia
I am a junior at SMU, and I am passionate about writing and helping others express their thoughts efficiently and still make them their own. I have tutored middle schoolers in a classroom and individual setting in the past two years, and I often am contacted by peers to revise and help edit essays. I approach writing blockages by helping the student blossom their own ideas themselves by guiding them structure and developing the richness and complexity of the English language. I think patience and encouraging self-efficiency is important because those qualities will last and be helpful in the future for the student.
