College student with 5 years of experience tutoring students in New York City grades K-12

Teshanna is amazing! She has helped my daughter who’s in the 3rd grade improve so much. My daughter was in jeopardy of going to summer school but thanks to Teshanna she was able to avoid it. She went from level L to Q and from a 40% to 70% in math. She also helped my son with Algebra 1 as well he overall got a better understanding of the topics he struggled in and passed his finals with an 90%. I hope that Teshanna continues to help my children to excel as she definitely knows what she’s doing.

She’s amazing, helped my six year old daughter go from level A reading level to a level D reading level in weeks. My son is doing much better in math and reading. She’s flexible with our schedule and reliable. I would definitely recommend her for tutoring.

Teshanna is amazing! My daughter has made great progress this year thanks to her. She is strict but fun, that is the perfect combo if you want your children to make progress and stay interested. She is also flexible and very reliable. I highly recommend her.

Teshanna has been tutoring our children for about 3 years. We have 4 children, 5th grader, two 4th graders and a kindergartner. She tutors all of them, they all have their own issues and differences but she adapts and is able to teach them different methods if needed. Thanks to Teshanna our oldest has been accepted to one of the best middle school in the city and we are very proud and grateful. Hopefully she will keep tutoring them for many more years!

Teshanna is an amazing tutor. She's been tutoring me for 3 years. She makes the hardest things to understand so simple and she also gives different ways so I can choose what's easier for me to understand. Thanks to her I was accepted to one of the best high schools that the city has to offer.

She is very powerful when she speaks. She loves to help people and she always has time to hear people out. She believes in people and sees the good in them and tries to help. She an amazing head strong person.

Straight off the bat I’ll tell you she’s such an intelligent young lady with a promising future, someone you can definitely trust to be around. She’s responsible, reliable, and very easy to talk to, articulate. She also provides a lot of clarity, a great trait for a tutor. I def recommend her!
