About Cinthya

Hi there, I'm Cinthya!
My yoga journey began in 2017 during a time of stress and depression that deeply affected my daily life. After hearing "you should try yoga" countless times, I finally took a free class at a local outdoor center. By the end of that 60-minute session, I felt an overwhelming sense of calm-something I hadn't experienced in a long time. That moment sparked a deep love for yoga, which has since become my tool for flexibility, stress relief, and inner balance.

In 2023, I faced life events that brought grief and uncertainty. Yoga became more than just a practice; it became a necessity. This led me to deepen my knowledge, and in 2024, I earned my 200-hour certification in Bali under Himanshu Bahuguna. Shortly after, I completed 50 hours of Yin Yoga training in Greece with Ippoliti Milioni.

I believe yoga is a lifelong journey of growth and self-discovery, and I’m honored to share this practice with others. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, find stillness, or simply take time for yourself, I'm here to guide you in a way that feels supportive and accessible.

About the lesson

Our first free session will be a gentle introduction to your practice. We’ll start with a short chat about what you’re looking to gain from yoga—whether it’s flexibility, stress relief, strength, or just some time to unwind. Then, we’ll ease into breathwork (5 minutes), movement/asana (20 minutes) , and a relaxing savasana to close.

For ongoing sessions, we can choose a length that works best for you-anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes-and tailor each class to your needs.

My teaching style is gentle, supportive, and focused on alignment. I guide you to connect with your breath and body, helping you move with awareness and balance. Yoga isn’t just about the poses, it’s about creating a sense of calm and steadiness that you can carry off the mat and into daily life.

Each session is designed to meet you where you are, with plenty of modifications and options to ensure a practice that feels both accessible and empowering. I’m here to support you in a way that feels good for your body, your mind, and your journey.
