About Babette
I am a student at western university with a double major in biology and Japanese. I have passed the N5 a while back and am familiar with the test layout for beginners. I am currently studying to take my N2 fluency test this December. I have studied the language intensively for several years now.

I am very comfortable with technology and have a dual-monitor setup to optimize live teaching and video tutoring. I am comfortable starting with the very basics for people wanting to give Japanese a try, or tutoring into more advanced concepts.

Babette was an amazing teacher! I am a total beginner at Japanese, and Babette was very patient and all of her instructions were very clear. She also made the class easy and fun. Highly recommend!
Babette is excellent at breaking down concepts and explaining Japanese grammar in easily understandable terms (and often does so for her friends and peers). She is patient, knowledgeable, and very well suited for teaching in my opinion.
