About Jacob
I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 12 years of teaching experience, helping High School and College students develop strong English language skills. Throughout my teaching career, I have successfully taught around 150 students with different learning abilities and academic goals. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing students become confident communicators who can use English naturally in both academic and everyday situations.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, encouragement, and personalized learning. Every student has a unique learning style, so I prepare lessons that match their individual needs and pace. I focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing while using simple explanations and practical examples to make every lesson easy to understand.
I believe learning should be interactive and enjoyable. My classes include discussions, role-playing activities, reading exercises, writing practice, and regular speaking opportunities that help students build confidence step by step. I encourage students to ask questions freely and view mistakes as valuable learning experiences.
Over the years, I have helped many students improve their grades, perform better in examinations, and communicate confidently in English. Besides ESL, I also teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Academic English, Reading Comprehension, Writing Skills, Vocabulary Development, and Communication Skills. My mission is to provide every learner with the knowledge, confidence, and practical English skills needed for long-term academic and professional success.

Each class is designed according to the learner's individual goals and language level. I integrate grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing into practical learning activities that encourage students to use English naturally. Conversations, presentations, role plays, and real-life examples make every lesson engaging and relevant.
Accountability helps students develop responsibility for their own learning through regular practice and progress reviews. Integrity creates a respectful environment where learners receive honest guidance and encouragement. Flexibility allows me to modify lessons whenever needed to support different learning preferences.
Communication is the key focus because active participation builds fluency and confidence. I encourage students to express their ideas freely while maintaining a positive classroom where every improvement is recognized.
Besides ESL, I teach Spoken English, English Grammar, Business English, Academic English, Vocabulary Enhancement, Reading Skills, Writing Skills, Pronunciation Improvement, Interview Preparation, Public Speaking, and English for Career Development. My goal is to help learners become confident, capable, and lifelong users of English.
